3. Estimates, Billing, and Payments
All project estimates are subject to change based on scope, material availability, and other job conditions. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment terms are Net 30 from the invoice date.
A 10% late fee may be applied to any unpaid balance beyond the due date. Additional fees may apply for collection efforts on overdue accounts.
4. Liability Limitations
We make every effort to deliver our services reliably and on time. However, we are not responsible for delays or disruptions caused by:
• Severe weather
• Material shortages
• Vendor or subcontractor delays
We may use subcontractors to complete portions of a project. We are not liable for damages outside of our control or for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
5. Privacy and Data Collection
We may collect limited information through contact forms and cookies for internal use only. We do not share this information with third-party companies for marketing or sales purposes.
6. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes or claims arising from your use of our services will be handled through mediation in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah. Any legal proceedings will be conducted in Utah.
